For five years from the original delivery date, ZOZK warrants covered furniture against verified defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear or cosmetic damage
- Incorrect assembly or misuse
- Unauthorized alteration or repair
Warranty service
Submit the order number, photographs or video and a description of the problem.
Damage replacement support
If your furniture arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the affected parts and packaging. We can arrange a replacement shipment for confirmed damage. Our team will confirm which parts or product need to be replaced.
