Hefei Maiya Furniture Co., Ltd. has developed commercial furniture for project buyers since 2013. Based in Feidong County, Hefei, Anhui, China, our industrial park integrates design, R&D, production, warehousing and logistics.
More than 30 specialized workshops and a 10,000 m² stereoscopic warehouse connect digital production with modular design, supporting standard orders, custom specifications and time-sensitive project delivery.

06Spray Painting Workshop

- The 6-day full production cycle includes material degreasing, electrostatic cleaning, spraying, curing and baking.

07Partitions Workshop
- 5,000 m² core custom workshop for furniture, with 50 technicians and 50 specialized machines.
- 7-day production covers welding, splicing, sanding, coating, assembly, and inspection.
- Over 99.5% qualification rate, delivering high-quality partitions and screens for office and residential use.
08Spray Coating Workshop
- 10,800 m² workshop with 50 technicians and 25 automated coating units under 6S management.
- 6-day production cycle: UV primer spraying & curing, plus sanding and multi-layer topcoat spraying.
- Over 99.5% qualification rate, ensuring refined texture and durable protection for furniture.
