Damage in transit
Photograph the carton, shipping label, packaging and affected part, then contact ZOZK promptly.
Damage replacement support
If your furniture arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the affected parts and packaging. We can arrange a replacement shipment for confirmed damage. Our team will confirm which parts or product need to be replaced.
